**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity in the Energy Sustainability Schemes Team at IPART for an Analyst, Regulation and Compliance, IPART Officer Grade C.

This role sits within the Applications and Scheme Participant Compliance programs which is part of the broader Energy Sustainability Schemes team. The team contributes to regulatory functions under the Energy Savings Scheme and the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme.

**Key functions include**:

- assessing scheme participant (energy retailers) compliance against annual energy savings certificate targets
- assessing the eligibility of energy efficient products for use in the schemes

**In this role you will:?**
- undertake analysis using a risk-based approach to help make decisions regarding regulatory and compliance related matters
- prepare and present written briefings to senior staff and the Tribunal, our decision maker
- prepare publicly available guidance to support accreditation and compliance processes
- support the effective administration of best practice regulatory and compliance programs and policies.

The salary range for this role is $86,666 to $94,920 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and leave loading.
