**Compliance Analyst - IPART Officer C**

**About the role**
The Compliance Analyst (internally known as an Analyst) carries out compliance functions for the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) and the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS).
In this role you will:
- perform compliance functions with focus on site inspections and investigation
- undertake a range of other compliance functions including complaint assessment, intelligence gathering, audit analysis, enforcement, education and stakeholder support
- plan and undertake investigations into alleged breaches of the ESS and PDRS rules
- prepare investigation reports / briefings and make risk-based recommendations to management on appropriate compliance actions
- attend site inspections
The salary range for the position is $90,133 - $98,717 per annum + superannuation and annual leave loading.

**About you**
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience undertaking regulatory, compliance or investigation activities in an effective, efficient and impartial manner.
- has experience, knowledge or qualifications in relevant field such as energy savings schemes and/or technologies, electrical / plumbing & drainage standards and/or other relevant standards, site inspections or another relevant field.
- has excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- ability to manage a case load, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- is willing to travel and work at locations throughout NSW
- holds Certificate IV (Government) Investigations (or similar qualification) or has preparedness to obtain the qualification through IPART funded program
- has a current Australian drivers’ licence
