**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role you will run all events connected to the deliverables of the annual remuneration calendar, including the annual remuneration review process. Reporting to the Senior Remuneration Consultant, you will support the Remuneration team to analyse and review employee data, using data and analytics to influence decisions and to provide insights to business leaders.
This role will be the first point of contact for ad-hoc remuneration queries, owning the day-to-day BAU reward activities. You will also lead the salary survey submission process. Additionally, you will assist and support the team in the coordination of WGEA submissions.
You will enjoy working in an autonomous role and can manage your own workload in an opportunity rich environment. You will have a focus on ongoing continuous improvement and be able to effectively influence and manage expectations at all levels. A self-starter, you will thrive in a busy and ever changing, fast paced environment.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications at degree level and relevant experience in Remuneration and Reward, systems, business intelligence or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of different forms of remuneration and reward approaches.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators.
- Experience presenting corporate reporting information using a range of presentation methods suitable for consumption by senior management and Executive / Board level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and manage a range of stakeholder relationships as a business representative to define and document reporting or analysis requirements, using a range of techniques and tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience in the provision of consulting services to/in a large organisation is desirable.
**Technical experience in Success Factors, SAP and Mercer job evaluation methodology is highly desirable
