**General Overview**
The primary objective of this role is to support the development, recommendations and administration of remuneration and benefits policies and procedures.
**Main responsibilities and measurements**:
**Remuneration**
- Support the Remuneration and Benefits Manager in conducting the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Support the completion of bonus and incentive calculations and research opportunities for process improvements
- Undertake external market analysis and complete ad-hock benchmark requests and provide feedback to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager of any market anomalies
- Conduct or commission appropriate research on issues relevant to the organisation’s remuneration and benefits policies and strategies in collaboration with the Remuneration and Benefits Manager.
**Rewards & Benefits**
- Support the Remuneration Manager in the development and implementation and administration of the rewards, benefits and recognition schemes and policies for the business.
- Manage enquiries about remuneration and benefits, and provide advice to managers and employees.
- Maintain these reward and benefit schemes on a monthly and annual basis.
- Support the Remuneration Manager in the development and implementation of remuneration and benefits packages to ensure the attraction and retention of employees.
- Support the research and analysis of benefit opportunities to enhance the Luxottica benefits offerings.
**Global Mobility**
- Manage the organization’s compliance with regular checking of visa status of employees in conjunction with the HR Team. Identify any issues or areas of improvement.
- Support the Remuneration and Benefits Manager in educating managers on visa requirements and compliance.
- Assist the Remuneration and Benefits Manager with the management of the Global Mobility Policy aligned with Luxottica Corporate.
- Assist the Remuneration and Benefits Manager in the review and management of international employment contracts and supplier relationships.
**Job Evaluation**
- Assist with undertaking job evaluation processes.
**Report Generation**
- Support the Remuneration Manager in the generation of business reports and conduct various types of analyses.
**Formal qualifications/certification required**
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
**Years of experience required**:
- 3 - 4 years in an analytical role
- Compensation and Benefits experience highly desired
**Knowledge & Skills required**:
- Strong numeric and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Derive insights from multiple sources of data
- Ability to prepare results in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Desirable knowledge of job evaluation methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven and capable of working independently working as part of a cross-organizational team
- Ability to handle confidential information in the appropriate way
