**The Opportunity**

Catch is seeking the services of a full-time Integrated Creative Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day workflow within the design studio of a major eCommerce business. Reporting into the Head of Content, this role is pivotal to our success, responsible for leading and inspiring a team of creative professions to produce on brand digital creative on time.

**What you’ll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Creative Studio Manager look like? Well, no two days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of graphic designers and copywriters.
- Creating a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Across industry trends and innovation to add value to idea generation with team
- Operationalise best practice end to end workflow management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.
- Manage high volume across internal and freelance creative team within a fast-paced studio ensuring each asset is consistent, on brief and on brand.
- Assessing briefs and assigning resources to a project.
- Implementing and managing monthly utilisation reports.
- High attention detail and brief reviews with internal teams.
- Manage & oversee all design and production projects from initial concept to final completion, consistently meeting deadlines & requirements ensuring best practice digital creative is delivered.
- Present concepts to internal stakeholders including Head of Content, including listening for constructive, actionable feedback for the creative team.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business & project needs.
- Lead key internal stakeholder meetings including production WIP

**The skills you'll have**
- Degree in Design, Marketing or similar
- 7+ years’ experience working in the industry as a Studio / Production Manager is essential
- Experience as a digital graphic design with knowledge of retail creative requirements, video and photography shoots
- Experience in creating and leading campaigns
- Strong leadership capabilities experienced in staff management and development; or demonstrated experience leading a mid-sized team
- Strong project/traffic/workflow management with clear understanding of design principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage strong stakeholder relationships - internal & external
- Strong Account Management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Be able to frequently adapt to the scope of work in a fast-paced environment
