Technē Architecture + Interior Design is a dynamic and experienced practice. With studios in Carlton VIC and Albury NSW, our accomplished team has built an impressive portfolio across a broad section of project types including hospitality, single and multi-residential, commercial, hotels and retail.

We are currently seeking a well presented, confident and friendly Studio Coordinator to join our team with the ability to thrive in a professional environment. As a Studio Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations both at the front desk and behind the scenes while fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.

  • You will be our first point of contact for clients, suppliers and the team.
  • Keep the studio organised, professional, and welcoming.
  • Support across reception, marketing, finance, HR, IT and more.
  • Assist in supporting studio culture, communication, and team wellbeing.
  • Work closely with Directors in a trusted, collaborative role.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) would be favourable.
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in contributing ideas
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of office administration and proficient at general office tasks
  • Ideally have worked in a creative environment or in the hospitality industry
