**Your role with us**:
Our Creative team is rapidly growing and we're on the lookout for a highly organised and motivated individual who'll keep the gears turning by overseeing operational activities and daily tasks while tackling challenges to ensure smooth project delivery. Working closely with our Operations Manager and Digital Design Manager, you'll help optimise our processes and workflows, making sure the Visual Design function meets its goals efficiently.

Your knack for creating alignment between internal stakeholders will empower our teams to focus on the big picture, and drive meaningful outcomes. You'll manage the workload of our exceptional Visual Design function, supporting talented individuals in motion, illustration, graphic, and branding design. **What you will do**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation to gather and negotiate design requirements.
- Effectively manage and prioritise tasks based on urgency, resources, skillset and project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Plan team capacity to ensure an optimal distribution of tasks and workload.
- Uphold the highest standards of project management methodology, including regular and effective communication with key stakeholders, governance, change management.
- Organise and facilitate appropriate meeting rituals to keep the team and stakeholders informed, this may include stand-ups, weekly planning, schedule grooming, briefing and WIP sessions as required.
- Analyse design-related data and trends to gain insights for future capacity planning.
- Implement and refine design workflows to optimise productivity and quality, identifying opportunities for process improvement and resource allocation.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet brand guidelines and are to the highest of quality.

**What you will bring**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Project/Traffic/Studio management role within an agency or studio environment.
- Familiarity with design processes and the ability to integrate seamlessly with digital, brand and product teams.
- Proven experience working with resource, time and change management.
- Ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels to deliver requirements as briefed.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills is paramount, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Have an agile mindset - thrive in a fast paced environment demonstrating flexibility and quickly adapting to change and being proactive in your approach to get the job done.
- Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to forward plan and forecast work coming into the studio.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience working as a designer in the past or working closely with design teams.
