**Your New Role**

In this instrumental position, you'll help drive our creative department to new heights, collaborating closely with the Creative Director you'll ensure the seamless execution of projects. As the operational linchpin, you'll navigate the day-to-day intricacies of the studio, overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.

This role is a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and meticulous project management, offering you the chance to help shape the visual identity of our brand while ensuring each project is delivered with precision, timeliness, and within budget. **Your Day to Day**
- Oversee project coordination, keeping ongoing projects on schedule and within budget.
- Efficiently manage studio resources, including equipment, software, and materials.
- Support the creative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and oversee the studio's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Act as a liaison between the internal team and external agencies, facilitating effective communication.
- Ensure the quality of output meets company standards and client expectations.
- Plan and manage the studio's schedule, including project timelines, team availability, and deadlines.
- Assist in recruitment, providing training and orientation for new team members.
- Prepare regular reports on studio operations, including project status, budget usage, and team performance.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Your Skills**
- Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a creative studio or agency environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, motivation, and development.
- Excellent understanding of the creative process, including design, copywriting, and digital content production.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, conveying project goals and timelines effectively.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of current trends in design, marketing, and advertising.
