Ramsay Psychology is a growing national network of community-based Private Practice Psychology clinics. We are a part of Ramsay Healthcare, **Australia’s largest private hospital group**. Working within Ramsay, means opportunity for career development and movement into different departments across our expansive group. However, once you step inside our Psychology clinics, you may want to settle in for the long term.

Being a relatively new service, with plans for continued expansion, you can contribute your ideas and help us grow into a leading service for clients needing support for a broad range of mental health issues.

As Practice Manager, we want you to enjoy taking ownership of your clinic, and help build it into a busy, friendly, and professional service. Being able to provide great admin support to your small but growing team of clinicians is essential as is developing rapport with clients.

This role may suit experienced Receptionists in the healthcare field looking for the next step in their career, or an experienced administration professional looking for more customer interaction.

**Our Team of Practice Managers**
- Ensure clients have a positive experience with our service from their very first phone call
- Help grow referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Manage diaries, triage and schedule patient appointments
- Accurately maintain patient records
- Manage financial reporting, invoicing, accounts and billings

**About You**
- Knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS systems
- Experience and knowledge of patient management systems and software
- Maturity and confidence to deal with a range of people from challenging clients to busy clinicians
- Self-directed and organised
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- _Must provide a _**_National Police_**_ check conducted within the previous 12 months_
