- The
- **Practice and Engagement Manager** is a newly created, permanent full time position. The role is responsible for managing two Membership Coordinators. Strategically, the role is a key advisor to the CEO on membership matters and works closely with colleagues to ensure development and service strategies align with AAPM's plans and activities. Operationally, the P&EM effectively communicates with stakeholder groups; oversees the enhanced performance of a small, dedicated team; and maintains efficient administrative systems.-
**About You**
- As a senior member of the AAPM management team, you will bring:

- Experience in a membership management or services role coupled with proven success in identifying and implementing strategies for membership growth, retention and satisfaction
- An understanding of, or relevant experience working in the health and/or allied sector is highly desirable
- Prior team leadership and management skill and the desire and ability to develop others to meet and exceed service and performance objectives
- Developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management and stakeholder relationship building skills
- A demonstrated commitment to continued improvement for self and others for the advancement of the organisation

**Work Arrangements, Salary & Benefits**
- The P&EM is a permanent full time role, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. The role is based in Melbourne's CBD and occasional travel within Australia may be required.
