Your Role
As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly while fostering a culture of excellence. You'll lead a skilled team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, and administrative staff, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across the practice
- Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operations
- Monitor financial performance
- Engage with external stakeholders (suppliers, regulatory bodies, etc.)
- Proactively manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Practice Manager or healthcare leadership role
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing financials and performance reporting
- Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and billing processes (MBS)
- High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical practice management software
