Your Role

As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly while fostering a culture of excellence. You'll lead a skilled team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, and administrative staff, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team
  • Ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across the practice
  • Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operations
  • Monitor financial performance
  • Engage with external stakeholders (suppliers, regulatory bodies, etc.)
  • Proactively manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Practice Manager or healthcare leadership role
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing financials and performance reporting
  • Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and billing processes (MBS)
  • High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical practice management software
