**About this role**:
As Practice Manager of this dynamic architecture firm, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, as well as supporting the team with project programming and invoicing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the practice's accounts using Xero, including managing invoicing to clients
- Oversee the external bookkeepers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and managing employee files
- Manage project programming across the team and lead fortnightly programming meetings
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency
- Ensure the practice's compliance with regulatory requirements

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in practice management, ideally within an architecture firm preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Xero accounting software
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Experience with project programming and management
