Are you an experienced Carpenter Leading Hand looking for your next long-term opportunity in the Brisbane residential construction scene?

We are working with residential builder delivering high-quality custom homes, apartments, renovations, and townhouse projects across Brisbane.

As The Carpenter Leading Hand, You Will

  • Oversee and lead site carpentry operations across a variety of residential projects
  • Manage and mentor two apprentices/labourers on-site
  • Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and quality control
  • Assist with coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project timelines
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to all site safety requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter in residential construction
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Hands-on ability and willingness to lead from the front
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret plans
  • QBCC Licence - Required
  • White Card
  • Own tools and reliable transport
