About the Roles:

We're expanding and looking for reliable, skilled Scaffolders to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for consistent full-time work or flexible casual shifts, we have opportunities across multiple sites in South East Queensland.

We're seeking motivated and skilled Scaffold Foreman / Leading Hands to oversee and coordinate scaffolding projects across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for leading a team and erecting and dismantling scaffolding while maintaining safety and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise scaffold crews on-site
  • Interpret scaffold plans and ensure correct installation
  • Maintain high safety standards and compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with site managers and clients
  • Report to foreman and supervisors
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality control

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of scaffolding experience (preferably in a leading hand role)
  • Current High Risk Work Licence (SB, SI, or SA)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transport and willingness to travel across SE QLD
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
