What is a typical workday?

Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (38 hours per week, permanent full-time), Rosters available: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

We are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Sort Team in our delivery hub in Salisbury

What does it take to be successful?
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- The drive to lead a team on your shift and ensure that each day is setup for success.
- Must be able to lift 20 kilograms.
- Ability to work to strict timelines and follow outlined processes.
- Able to travel to Salsbury for early morning shifts.

Now, you’re probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position?
- Unload trucks, scan and label each package and sort all parcels according to their route numbers.
- Place packages in determined areas for the delivery team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.
- Organise sort team for the shift.
- Schedule: 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM (38 hours per week, permanent full-time)
- Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Night Shift Allowance, Weekend Penalties, and Leading Hand Allowance
