Due to expanded growth, an opportunity now exists for a Group Executive - Information Technology to join the executive team in this newly created role.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in setting and implementing the ICT, PMO and digital transformation strategies for the Group, optimising resources, and investment to create business value. Leading a diverse team of 10, you will oversee all information technology operations, including systems, projects, infrastructure, licensing and reporting. As an expert in your field, you will deeply understand the business and present innovative solutions to both problems and opportunities, implementing future systems that enhance the organisation’s competitive advantage. Building positive and collaborative relationships will be at the forefront of what you do, regularly liaising with key internal stakeholders across each business and interacting with external vendors and partners.

As a qualified and experienced IT leader, you will have demonstrated capability driving an ICT function, paired with a broad knowledge of various IT infrastructure technologies. Innovative and forward-thinking, you will be commercially astute and have a proven track record in delivering ICT and/or PMO strategy initiatives. A natural leader, you will have previous experience managing and developing a team, as well as leading projects involving cross-functional groups. With excellent communication skills, you will have proven success building trusted relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
