**About our Opportunity**
The Detmold Group is seeking an experienced Group Manager - Learning & Development to join our Group People & Culture team based in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Group General Manager People and Culture, you will design and deliver a range of learning programs to support employees to grow and will lead the learning assessment across a range of projects. You will effectively engage with your stakeholders to design and implement quality learning experiences for the employees including multimedia resources and e-learning modules. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative digital solutions and contemporary learning programs across the organisation.
A key strategic focus for the Detmold Group is _Care & Capability_ which is about investing in skills and growing capability in our people. This role will take a lead role in this strategic theme combined with developing our Learning & Development framework.

**About the Role**
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Detmold’s Learning & Development framework to address identified capability gaps
- Execute learning and development programs, including content development, consultant/contract management, coordination and facilitation of training courses
- Facilitate training with impact in both face to face and virtual setting
- Responsible for leadership development, building organisational capability, and supporting people capability uplift
- Research, design and deliver best practice content to the business to support capability development
- Analyse and interpret program data and feedback to report on key trends and future development needs
- Anticipate and understand business and stakeholder needs to assist in the development of the capability framework beyond the current suite of programs
- Engage with leaders and P&C Business Partners to ensure design of effective development initiatives and buy-in
- Work flexibly across multiple areas of organisational development and capability, managing priorities and expected deliverables

**About You**
- Broad Learning and Development (L&D) / Organisational Development (OD) experience managing multiple priorities
- A confident communicator with strong facilitation experience in delivering training programs to large audiences
- Experience designing modern learning content and building training programs, workshops, and blended learning programs
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to relate to a diverse range of stakeholders
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Qualification in the Learning and Development discipline, Human Resources, or Organisational Psychology related areas is preferable
