As our **Group Change and Transformation Manager**, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that redefine how we work. You’ll design and execute change strategies that inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and drive seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute strategic change management plans to support business transformation.
- Lead change impact assessments, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Partner with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver targeted, compelling messaging.
- Establish and embed change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the organisation.
- Coach leaders and key stakeholders to champion transformation and drive cultural shifts.
- Build a Change Champion Network to sustain transformation across all levels of the business.
- Design and implement training initiatives to enhance change capability within teams.
- Measure change adoption and refine strategies to optimise effectiveness.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience leading large-scale change and transformation programs.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex change into clear, compelling messages.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- A data-driven mindset with experience tracking change adoption and resistance metrics.
- A resilient, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
