**Kelsian Group Limited **is an ASX200 listed business with over 9,000 employees across Australia, Singapore and the Untied Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven individual with extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who is experienced in managing a busy schedule with competing deadlines to provide confidential administrative support to the Group CEO.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Group CEO.
- Liaison point for the Group CEO for investors, government/ministerial and stakeholder contacts.
- Act as an accessible interface between the Group CEO and the Executive Leadership team.
- High-level preparation of correspondence, executive presentations and reports.
- Assist with compiling speech notes and coordinating presentations by the Group CEO.
- Compile itineraries, meeting agendas, briefing documents for meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, track and report expenses.
- Facilitate responses to enquiries, request for information or matters of concern addressed to the Group CEO.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in national and overseas jurisdictions including government agencies.
- Provide ongoing advice and assistance to staff and act as a key contact point for the Group CEO across a range of Company related matters.
**About You**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise deadlines and tasks to achieve outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in dealing with sensitive, confidential and/or political matters.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive 'can do' approach to shifting priorities and resolving issues.
- Experience working with investor relations in an ASX listed company will be highly regarded.
