Over thirty years ago, a group of people living with disability realised that no one was better equipped to choose the kind of support they needed than themselves. Honing their knowledge and skills, together they became architects and builders of their own individualised disability services. Today, Enhanced Lifestyles remains a member-governed not-for-profit, their Board predominantly comprised of people who use their services. By designing support services based on lived experience, they deliver the services people want to live life the way they choose.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading the operations team, you will have responsibility for driving the organisational performance of customer facing operations; Service Delivery, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Clinical Systems, whilst contributing to the development and delivery of the wider organisational strategy. Working in partnership with the broader leadership team, managers, home care and supportive functions, you will deliver high-quality community services, enabling customer independence, whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement to achieve an optimal customer service experience.
An experienced and effective operations leader, you will demonstrate experience developinga collaborative culture of continuous improvement and have a passion for high quality service delivery. With extensive experience within the disability / NDIS or aged care sectors, particularly related to SIL or home care service delivery, you will demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. Relevant qualifications related to NDIS, healthcare, clinical and/or social care are required, with demonstrated strategic and operational leadership within a similar organisation related to community service delivery is preferred.
