About the role
Based in our Brisbane CBD office we are looking for a Client Services Coordinator who is ready to take on new challenges and be a part of SuperSense’s exciting growth plans. As a full-time Client Services Coordinator you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service. With so much variety no two days will be the same
This role is responsible for
Providing exceptional customer service to clients (face to face and over the phone)
Providing accounting practice support
Assisting with workflow management and co-ordination
Working with Partners, Managers and Accountants to manage client requests
Accessing MyGov and ATO portals and providing various reports
Setting up new clients and updating client details in our databases and portals
Lodging ITRs/BAS
Preparing and sending end of month bills
Liaising with external bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC
Preparing general client correspondence
Providing assistance with Teams and Zoom meetings
Completing general administration tasks to help the SuperSense team meet deadlines

About you
To succeed as a Client Services Coordinator in our team you will be
Someone who has a minimum of 1 year experience in an administration or client services role
Someone has worked within an accounting or legal firm
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Detailed orientated with a high attention to detail
- Highly organised and a natural planner
- Experienced at using MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom
Client focused, with a willingness to help and positive attitude
Confidential with sensitive information
Well-presented and professional
