This is an operational, client-facing role that sits at the heart of our business coordinating client accounts, administering course and training activity, ensuring quality and continuous improvement. You'll be the reliable glue sales and execution helping our teams focus on growth while you keep the everyday running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Be the primary administrative contact for assigned client accounts respond to queries, maintain records and coordinate reporting.
  • Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, materials, attendance.
  • Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities (audit evidence, version control, non-conformance tracking).
  • Schedule and prepare client meetings (agendas, minutes, and action logs) and produce regular operational reports and dashboards.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve administrative issues and ensure excellent client experience.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support and contribute to process improvements across the Group.

Essential attributes & capabilities

  • 3+ years in an administrative/coordinator role – we welcome applicants from any industry with strong transferable skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: clear, professional and client-focused.
  • High emotional intelligence: empathy, tact, calm under pressure, and good stakeholder judgement.
  • Strong logic, reasoning, and critical thinking: able to identify root causes, prioritise competing demands and propose practical fixes.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and records.
  • Excellent digital literacy comfortable with learning news systems and platforms.
  • Down-to-earth, dependable, and service-oriented.
