**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Client Coordinator to join International, International Portfolio, Chancellery Division.

The Client Coordinator(s) supports the Client Manager(s) in maintaining the strategic alignment of International service provision by coordinating the work of the Client Partner(s) in each faculty to embed international activities and provide advice on programs and initiatives.

International leads QUT's international engagement, by strengthening QUT's real world positioning in teaching and research, and seeking and servicing international, local and internal partnerships. The office also conducts appropriate marketing, research, promotions, and communications activities, working with all faculties and divisions to continue to grow international student numbers at both undergraduate and postgraduate level..

**What you need to succeed**

This role is dynamic and collaborative, and you will enjoy delivering service and operational excellence that ensures an exceptional experience for QUT students.

You will demonstrate:

- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree with at least four years relevant experience in higher education recruitment and business development.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills that contributes to the achievement of the strategic goals of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant policies and procedures applicable to international higher education and provide business guidance and risk assessment.
- Proven capability to critically evaluate business requirements, develop effective processes and satisfactorily resolve complex problems.
- Evidence of highly-developed planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage time and high volume tasks efficiently within competing deadlines
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively consult and collaborate with internal and external clients on a diverse range of matters in a professional and confident manner.
