**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Service Coordinator to join our Brisbane office on a permanent full-time basis.

Joining as the Client Service Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the first impressions of the firm.

Working in amazing offices with Story Bridge views, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth running of front of house operations including meeting and greeting of clients, and providing support with events and catering coordination.

Being the face of this fast paced role you will be recognised for the delivery of exceptional service to VIP clients and guests.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

- Strong sense of customer service
- Solid experience working within a professional services, corporate or hospitality environment
- Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Extensive experience using MS office suite
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT and VC queries
