**Job Description**:
**Job responsibilities include**
- Be accountable for defining, optimising & rolling-out lean, effective RFX processes for RFI, RFQ, RFP plus all relevant supporting documentation.
- RFX process owner & Commercial lead on Nine’s large-scale enterprise IT tenders including running the process, guiding stakeholders, vendor engagement, commercial requirements, over-seeing proposal evaluations / scoring across a broad cross section of stakeholders, leading commercial negotiations with successful suppliers including implementation partners for high value dollar contracts, accountability for contract review / execution

- Experience leading large scale IT tenders for enterprise solutions with specific experience across CRM & HRIS software vendors & implementation partners
- Experience extends to running RFX process; defining commercial requirements, evaluating tender responses, negotiating commercial terms & executing agreements with software vendor & implementation partner
- Experience defining effective RFX processes, documentation with successful roll out in a large organisation
- Superior negotiation skills with track record of achieving exceptional commercial outcomes for technology services
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience reviewing / drafting all types of IT services contracts
- Used to operating in a fast paced environment managing several high value projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator who quickly builds positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Applicants from Consulting, Tech, Media, ASX200 backgrounds encouraged
- Qualifications in Technology, Business, Law, Finance, Accounting or Economics highly regarded
