**Your Day Looks Like This**:

- Attending to a busy switchboard
- Scheduling appointments
- Welcoming patients on arrival to the clinic
- Preparing patient documentation
- Managing medical records and keeping information updated
- Ensure medical typing of letters, discharge plans and reports are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Invoicing patients
- General administration duties

To be considered for this role you will have at least 2-5 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or medical administration. You will be:

- Professional and have a friendly phone etiquette.
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- An excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
- Strong with your organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Quick to learn and enjoy working efficiently following processes & procedures.
