**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Organise sales visits with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure excellent service and account management.
- Work closely with the director to develop targeted sales & marketing strategies.
- Present and pitch business opportunities during fortnightly meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and identify potential new products in the market.
- Negotiate pricing with customers within pre-approved guidelines.
- Provide insightful market intelligence, analysing competitors and crafting counterstrategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

**Experience & Attributes**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in the sanitary ware or home improvement sector.

- Proven ability to manage customer accounts and expand market share.
