**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated **Sales Representative** to drive our growth in Australia. This role combines **new business development** with **customer account management**, giving you the opportunity to both grow new accounts and nurture long term client partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the industrial racking and storage sector.
- Visiting clients (manufacturers, distributors, logistics companies) to present solutions and build strong relationships.
- Managing and growing existing accounts through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborating with the management team to shape sales strategy and market expansion.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience in selling technical/industrial products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferred: industrial equipment, construction, warehousing solutions, storage solutions, or similar)
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, results driven attitude with the ability to work independently
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally to meet clients
- A valid Australian driver’s licence

**What We Offer**
- Base salary $70,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation.
- Attractive commission structure (uncapped earnings).
