About the Opportunity
Currently we are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our Beyond Loaf portfolio, including wraps, gluten free and garlic bread. Working on household brands including Helga's and La Famiglia, this role is responsible for leading the customer relationship between Goodman Fielder, retail and food service partners to drive long term profitable growth of our business.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Develop and embed Category Strategy of the Beyond Loaf portfolio to drive long term sustainable growth opportunities
- Translate category, portfolio and brand insights into growth opportunities and key risks for the business
- Support teams to deliver key customer and range review milestones & outcomes with a strong focus in development
- Support Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Sales functions to successfully bring NPD and key activations to market
- Lead price and promotional strategy

What you will need
- 5+ years at Category Manager position in FMCG environment
- 2+ years at National Account Manager position in FMCG environment
- Tertiary qualification in related field
- Proficiency across IRI (Aztec), Quantium, Microsoft 365 and Unify platforms
- High level of Strategic thinking, being able to translate internal and external insights into compelling actions
- Demonstrated category leadership advocating category drivers and initiatives which drive category growth
- End to end value chain thinking - You understand the end to end functional interdependencies and commercial levers to optimise activities and decisions
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
