**The role**:
This 12-month maximum term contract will manage the Cosmetics, Body Care and Fragrance categories for assigned customers & to support the Senior Category Manager by being an expert in category dynamics and shopper insights.

**Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you will**:
Develop channel strategy to drive long term category growth for Coty.
Work closely with internal and external customers in providing expert category analysis, dynamics, performance and shopper insights/dynamics.
Develop and recommend optimal promotional strategies that deliver against key metrics for success.
Review and provide recommendations across distribution, pricing, product mix and profitability via customer specific data, working cross functionally to align on a plan to execute.
Combine relevant shopper insights and expert category analysis to develop shelf strategies that tap into key growth opportunities for Coty brands and our retailer partners
Take the lead in category deep dives using data and research to identify trends, insights and commercial opportunities.
Work cross functionally to plan, manage, track and evaluate key NPD launches, including executing post implementation reviews and lead or support category management projects.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain and finance.

**You will have**:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in FMCG, preferably category related with customer facing exposure.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with experience using IRI, Nielsen or Quantium.
Exposure to shelf management software such as Apollo, JDA / Blue Yonder.
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Ability to work in an adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Customer / consumer centric focus seeking to drive win-win outcomes.
Excellent presentation, story-telling and strong communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant degree in Business/Marketing or a related discipline.
