The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of advertising campaigns to support sales objectives and effectively promote the attributes of our products and services.
- Provide strategic advice to the marketing team on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets and create consumer awareness.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring all activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, are completed within time and budget constraints.
- Analyze data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends, leveraging insights to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct research on potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, as well as collect and analyze data and other statistical information to inform decision-making.
- Support business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Provide expert advice on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels to optimize overall marketing performance.

Key Skills and qualifications:

- At minimum a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- At minimum, 3 years experience with B2B marketing and business development.
- Passion for cycling and social media and proficiency using Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong proficiency in social media and search marketing platforms, in particular Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) to edit photos / video / reel creation for social media channels.
- Proven experience in reporting the results and analytics of marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills.

Remuneration:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 AUD per year, depending on the level of experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
