Agri Direct Australia (ADA) is a Victorian-based exporter of high-quality Australian agricultural produce, including wheat, chickpeas, lentils, canola, and oats. Founded in 2011, ADA partners directly with Australian farmers and exports to Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, China, and Japan. With a growing market in Asia, particularly in Bangladesh and Pakistan, ADA is expanding its team to support further business development.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies targeted at overseas markets, especially Bangladesh.
- Identify and build relationships with new buyers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing, promotion, and product strategies.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, including website updates and social media.
- Liaise with existing clients and support the export process in collaboration with the logistics and coordination team.
- Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Prepare marketing materials, sales reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows, virtual meetings, and networking events to promote ADA’s products and brand.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or international business.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.
- Understanding of the Bangladeshi agricultural commodities market is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Permanent residency or full working rights in Australia.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in B2B export sales or supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with agricultural products and export documentation.
- Graphic design or website maintenance skills.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Opportunities for growth and long-term involvement with the company’s expansion strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,113.76 - $101,478.17 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
