**About the role**:
A 12-month full-time contract for a Trade Loyalty Manager has arisen within our highly engaged Customer data team who connect with millions of Aussies weekly through sophisticated yet compelling one to one marketing programs: driving customer satisfaction and loyalty to our supermarket network.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll be empowered to take accountability for the commercial delivery of key elements of the Flybuys loyalty program including the customer strategy and tactical targeting.

**You’ll also**:

- Execute and launch key trade driving campaigns through both digital and non-digital channels
- Engage with marketing and merchandise to enhance the knowledge of Flybuys and grow engagement
- Use data and insights to improve key stakeholder decision making and enhance customer engagement
- Take responsibility for accurate budgeting and forecasting, working with the analytics team to analyse campaign performance figures
- Support the Flybuys trade driving calendar.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you’re an exemplary project manager with 3+ years’ commercial / marketing experience. Ideally you bring experience working on a loyalty programme.

**You’ll also need**:

- Advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with customer data.
