**Job description**

We are working with one of Australia's leading Wealth Management group, to secure an experienced Trade Settlements Administrator
- **.
**Key Information**:

- _ Contract role - initial 12 months_
- _ Daily rate : $290 - $360 base per day (desired rate: $320 + super)_
- Hybrid working, 3 days in office | location - Hawthorn East VIC
- Work in an environment that that encourages development and celebrates success

**About the role**:

- Timely and accurate processing and management of settlement instructions
- Trade settlement reconciliations together with cash and asset positions
- Demonstrates attention to detail & duty of care with their work
- Volume processing with high quality & service
- Promptly & professionally responding to internal & external queries
- To develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Consistently complies with company policies & procedures
- Understands the compliance obligations and their part in assuring high quality outcomes

**About you**:

- Trade settlements experience in a custodial function or Wrap business highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical & time management skills
- High level of MS Excel and Medium level of MS Word and Outlook
- Data Entry Skills
