Are you passionate about ethical business practices and keeping things above board? **We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator with a solid understanding of anti-bribery regulations to join our Bunnings team.**

**About the Role**:
Reporting to our Enterprise and Risk Compliance Manager, you’ll be a key player in our dynamic and supportive Compliance team. You will help strengthen our risk management and compliance framework—especially when it comes to due diligence and anti-bribery efforts.

You’ll be the go-to for coordinating due diligence processes, promoting awareness and training, and ensuring our partners and suppliers play by the rules—all in line with Bunnings’ and Wesfarmers’ compliance standards.

***You will additionally**:

- Conduct and coordinate due diligence checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Enforce our Group Anti-Bribery Policy and ensure ethical practices across all third-party relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of findings and actions taken.
- Deliver engaging training and awareness programs for our team and partners.
- Continuously improve our due diligence procedures to stay ahead of regulatory changes.
- Provide Support for compliance reporting and documentation.

Thriving in fast-paced environments, you’re known for your ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.

Your strong sense of integrity and discretion sets you apart and you’re a natural when it comes to building trusted relationships and navigating stakeholder conversations. With excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—you’re someone who can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.

**You will additionally have**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a compliance, legal, or ethical auditing role.
- Strong knowledge of anti-bribery laws and due diligence processes.
