An exciting opportunity now exists to join us as the Clinical Quality Compliance Coordinator - a full time office based role for an experienced Registered Nurse, focused on maintaining and improving Nurse Next Door's clinical quality and compliance capabilities across all areas of our business, ensuring each client receives the highest quality care, whilst meeting all regulatory requirements.

The Position:

The Clinical Quality Compliance Coordinator reports to the Head of Clinical Quality Compliance ensuring our Franchise Network is providing care that meets the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct program regular audits and quality inspections and follow up as directed.
  • Support and coordinate the updating and maintaining of Policies and Procedures to comply with the latest legislation and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level working knowledge of the electronic support systems.
  • Stay up to date on changes to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Undertake a range of audits against the accreditation standards related to aged care, home care and the NDIS.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Clinical Quality Compliance in identifying areas for continuous improvement to support quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level working knowledge of the electronic clinical support systems.
  • Assist and support the Head of Clinical Quality Compliance in developing, conveying and delivering on individual and organisational plans for continuous improvement, Risk identification and mitigation and Trending and analysis.
  • Preparation for external regulator visits including reaccreditation.
  • Education including Quality and Compliance related education
  • Attendance at internal and external meetings - as required by the business or at the direction of the Head of Clinical Quality Compliance.
