**Responsibilities**
**In this role, you will**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Manage client relationships, keeping all stakeholders informed and proactive throughout each loan stage.
- Maintain consistent communication with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with file management and financial service standards.
- Collaborate with the team and assist with various tasks to support smooth office operations and positive client experiences.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Asset Finance required; banking/lending/finance experience preferred.
- Completion of Cert IV preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong ability to prioritize, stay proactive, and manage competing workloads.
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach.

Pay: $58,760.71 - $74,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Asset Finance Broker: 1 year (preferred)
