Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role conveniently located in Sydney CBD (Wynyard Station). The Junior Analyst/Broker Support will be responsible for assisting the Broker Support with the preparation of loan and finance applications, analysing financial documents, supporting the broker team in client engagements, conducting market research, and providing general administrative support.

Career Progression

The successful applicant is exceptional in this role will have the opportunity to progress to an Analyst/Broker Support

and be more involved in complex transactions as well as assist with Private Credit loans originated in our Private Credit fund. From there o could become a Senior Analyst or picot into loan origination and a more customer facing role.

Training

You will receive hands on in-house training as well as direct from or lending partners as well as our aggregator and attend 3rd party training courses. You will work closely with the Broker Support and Associate Director and company principal.

Potential candidate background

  • Worked in a similar role at a Bank or Broking firm
  • Worked at an Accounting firm
  • As an EA for a busy Executive

Qualifications/Pre-requisites

  • Australian passport
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Natural problem solving skills
  • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a small team
  • Relevant experience in finance or related fields is a plus
