We're looking for an experienced Asset & Equipment Finance Broker Support professional to join our team. You'll work closely with brokers, lenders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing from application through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take instructions from brokers and prepare finance applications
  • Submit applications via multiple lender portals
  • Follow up on required documentation and manage compliance checks
  • Track applications from submission to settlement
  • Liaise with vendors, customers, and lenders to keep deals moving
  • Provide admin support to brokers and senior management
  • Maintain accurate records and keep all parties updated

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have experience in asset finance broker support (essential)
  • Strong understanding of lender policies and submission processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple applications and deadlines
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive, team player, and keen to grow with the business
  • Proficiency in finance CRM systems and lender portals (e.g., Comm Intro, Fast Track)
