To be successful in joining our high performing team, you will need to demonstrate:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a mortgage broker with strong technical skills and

product knowledge
- Impeccable approach to client servicing
- Minimum -Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking

preferred or ability to obtain
- FBAA or MFAA membership
- Ability to undergo a CV check through our Aggregator (nMB - National Mortgage Brokers)
- Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed the client's

expectations and business performance requirements.
- Be an excellent communicator
- Experience with an industry-standard CRM
- Availability to service clients during evenings and weekends is a must
- Hold an ABN or ability to obtain one
