About the Role
Working from qualified inbound leads and digital applications, the Asset Finance Broker is responsible for nurturing customers through the loan application process, with the goal of converting leads into settled deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage new leads assisting with the loan enquiry and completing the customers' application
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the car buying and lending experience, guiding the customer from start to finish
- Consistently nurture and follow up new & existing customers, as part of the customers' loan journey and for the purpose of deal progression
- Prepare applications and documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Prioritise the conversion rate of new applications into approvals and settlements

Being an Asset Finance Broker requires confidence and common sense, strong communication and sales accumen, and an ability to "read the play".
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent in communication and customer service
- Experience and success in b2c sales, pipeline management, and a true deal closer
- Problem solver and an expert in solution selling
- Experience in finance and lending, particularly auto finance is an advantage, but not essential
- Performance and target orientated, financially motivated, career and commission driven
- Honest, savvy, and down to earth personality.
