Due to increasing client demand and strategic growth plans, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Finance Broker to join us in our Sydney office.

**The Role**

As a Finance Broker, you will work closely with a diverse client base, identifying suitable loan products and delivering expert advice throughout the lending process. **Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments of clients’ current financial standing, objectives, and future aspirations, delivering sophisticated, tailored loan solutions that align with their unique financial profiles.
- Source, analyse, and recommend a comprehensive range of mortgage and commercial finance products, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients by comparing various lenders' offerings, terms, and structures.
- Guide clients through the entire lending process, from initial consultation to loan settlement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth and commercial clients, providing them with bespoke advice on financing strategies, wealth management, and investment structures that maximize long-term financial goals.
- Establish and foster strategic relationships with banks, private lenders, financial advisors, and other industry professionals, ensuring a continuous flow of new business opportunities and referrals.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions, interpreting their impact on financing solutions and proactively advising clients on how to optimize their financing arrangements in changing market conditions.
- Provide ongoing financial education and mentorship to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of the financial products, industry trends, and evolving market dynamics that could affect their financial positions and decision-making processes.
- Actively seek new clients and develop a network of referral sources, such as real estate agents, accountants, and financial planners, to generate business opportunities.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a finance or mortgage broker (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Solid knowledge of home loans, commercial loans, and business finance products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Driven, ethical and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
