Payroll Officer

**Accounts / Payroll Officer - Temp | $40-45 / hour | Hybrid working arrangements**

**Your new role**

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Accounts Payable tasks, working closely with our Accountant and Financial Controller.
- End to end payroll processing (Fortnightly and Monthly).
- Assist with the set-up and activate our projects when they are ready to go live.
- Provide high-quality support and advice to our leadership team and staff regarding all payroll matters.
- Assist with the review of our processes and procedures and collaborate to implement necessary changes.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and process monthly superannuation.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (Over 3 years’ experience)
- Strong experience in all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, superannuation. (Over 3 years’ experience)
- Have high attention to detail
- Be a self-starter with ability to take direction, work in a team and autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
