_**The tasks and duties to be carried out in the position**_
- Monitor the implementation of projects across the service.
- Supporting with administrative IT support
- Manage documentation and actions relevant to customer, data, and compliance related projects.
- Evaluate projects, to ensure any challenges within the projects are resolved, objectives are met, and quality improvement initiatives are identified to inform service direction and changes.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning projects and ensure prompt communication in relation to resolutions to internal and external stakeholder effected.
- Complete audits and provide reports to facilitate improvement of outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of effective work practices within the administration team, including new processes that adopt a more streamlined way of working.
- Ensure the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data through evidence-based methodologies to inform the development of project-related reports demonstrating progress and outcomes.
- Ensure a risk management approach to project management, clearly identifying any challenges risks or issues to and escalating this to management and senior management to allow for informed decision making.
**The skills or experience required for the position**
- Experience in data input finance/economics/project management background.
- High level attention to detail.
- Experience creating programs targeted at skill building and/or social building with clear outcomes.
- Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provisions to budget.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Workers Check, or willingness to obtain Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and human rights.
- Ability to be responsive to people's needs and timelines along with being creative and flexible.
- Ability to always work with integrity and honesty.
- Good data entry skills, accuracy, and proven reliability.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and effectively manage and respond to time critical and sensitive information.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma in project management and/or Bachelor in business
