**The Organisation**

Our client's business is growing rapidly and is currently seeking and experienced Payroll Manager with international payroll experience to join their team in an autonomous payroll position. **Responsibilities**

This role will involve taking leadership of the Payroll function with key tasks involving:

- Overseeing the end to end Payroll processing
- Completion of PAYG, Payroll Tax, WorkCover and Superannuation payments
- Preparation of monthly payroll journals for posting into the General Ledger
- Coordination and management of international outsourced payrolls in India, Europe, UK and Singapore
- Maintenance and configuration and integration of all systems that impact payroll, time and attendance and any HR modules (e.g. expense management system and HRIS)

The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a similar Payroll Manager position looking after international payrolls along with the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in full function Payroll processing with employees 500+
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
- Experience of advising on remuneration and benefits and the ability to provide guidance on salary sacrificing, employee benefits, salary benchmarking, and relevant market trends
- Significant knowledge of payroll tax, audit, compliance. Those with an understanding different Modern Awards and of common law agreements will be of particular interest
- Prior experience using SAGE is highly regarded
