**The Opportunity**

TTG Recruitment specialists are delighted to assist our industry leading financial services client in sourcing their next Relationship Manager in Victoria. Full time opportunity with a large well-known financial institution to grow the commercial and retail lending business through attraction of new customers whilst maintaining current customer retention.

**The Role**

This permanent fulltime role will offer an individual the opportunity to showcase their experience in business development and relationship management within the financial field.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

- Identifying potential opportunities for new business and implementation of strategy
- Promoting the client as the leading provider of retail strategy
- Developing strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Delivering exceptional customer service across internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting in person reviews with all customers who are interested in new finance or amendment to current financial arrangement
- Manage the customer onboarding experience from end-to-end
- Contribute innovation to growth strategies
- Comply to the code of conduct, laws, and regulations

**The Person**
- Professional, dedicated, and forward thinker with a high level of intuition
- 3 - 5+ years in the broker financial sector (broker experience + network competency)
- Comprehensive lending-based experience
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to forward think, and use initiative to complete tasks in an efficient manner
- Strong capability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for progress transparency
- Next level communication skills
