With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for a Account/Relationship Manager to drive initiatives that support and grow our global network, working closely with internal stakeholders and regional/global teams.

The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cross-Selling products and services to partners
- Resolving partner queries in a professional and timely fashion
- Identifying and understanding customer needs
- Maintain exemplary levels of customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Problem Solving
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Continuously looking to improve the partnership and strengthen the relationship to increase revenue for Eightcap.
- Follow the financial and crypto markets closely to be informed with global events.
- Follow competitors to be aware of new innovations which can help with new ideas that will be implemented in your own operations.

**Who are you?**
- Proven experience in business development, account or relationship management within the financial services, trading/crypto industry.
- Ability to work well within a team, but also autonomously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and optimise strategies.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the APAC region.
- Knowledge of crypto, CFD trading products
