Where the team fits in

The Relationship Manager works in a cross functional team known as a HIVE, consisting of members who manage Specialist Sales, Success and Support. To our customers, you are their trusted advisor who facilitates connection with the right team at the right time to help their business thrive. To the wider Sales team, you are the person who brings them in on an opportunity at the right moment. You feel like you are winning when our customers are happy as you hand over quality leads to the right people at the right time.

When you join the Sales team within the Customer Group you join a wider group of people representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal – all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value. Realestate.com.au is the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, and the team are passionate about what they do.

- A hybrid and flexible approach to working.

Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe teams with diverse ideas and experiences are more creative, more effective and fuel disruptive thinking. If you’ve got the skills, dedication and enthusiasm to learn but don’t necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

Like a lot of companies, we have people who may try to misrepresent themselves in phishing attempts. Be cautious of offers of employment conditioned on transferring money for security checks.

Our corporate headquarters in Melbourne is a bright open space, open to possibilities.
