- About the Role:
- This role sits within our Customer Experience and Service team (C&I) team and is responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of business customers.
- This role is open to people based in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Queensland
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver value to strategic customers through the identification and implementation of cost reduction, administrative efficiencies and emissions reduction opportunitiesUnlock Growth. Support broader B&CC teams to retain high value customers and identify SBES opportunities.-
- Build and develop strong relationships across key customer stakeholders Proactively identify issues, risks and opportunities to drive process/system improvements, automation and product development-
- Provide education to customers about AGL and the wider industry-
- Influence the customer’s perception of AGL through ensuring the relationship is one of pro-active delivery and by providing service that is superior and differentiated from AGL’s competitors.-
- Proactively arrange, attend and document valuable customer interactions to increase knowledge of customer and what’s important to them- Experience required:
- Experience managing complex relationships within the energy industry Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills-
- Demonstrated understanding of energy industry, wholesale market and AGL’s suite of products and services-
- Sound knowledge and understanding of risk and risk management-
- Good time management-
- Ability to use available customer information to deliver pro-active value-added efficiencies- Applications close: Monday 1st May CO
