Kingspan Insulation Australia’s, operations are based out of its modern manufacturing facility in Somerton Victoria with responsibility for three other manufacturing facilities and two office facilities across Australia.

**About the role**

You will be required to drive site compliance and improvement in health, safety, and environmental activities. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Chair the business’s WH&S Committee
- Coordinate the implementation of the business’s Health, Safety and Planet Passionate (Environmental) initiatives
- Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to Health and Safety and our Planet Passionate goals
- Ensure compliance with HSE-related legal requirements. Sustain a local network (both internal and external, including authorities and industry groups)
- Maintain and improve the Factory HSE Management systems including maintaining ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001 certifications
- Provide support to the Factory Management Team and Line Managers in order to achieve the Factory's Health, Safety and Planet Passionate objectives
- Ensure that HSE performance data is entered, available, and reported accurately on a weekly/ monthly basis

**About You**
- HSE advisory experience, including management systems, risk assessment & accident / incident investigation in a manufacturing environment
- Developed knowledge of national / state / local legislation & industry codes.
- A formal qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise work and manage your time

Salary for this role will sit around $95,000 per annum, based on experience.
